Jackson v. State

¶1Terrell Jackson appeals the sentence imposed after he violated his community control. We affirm the sentence but remand to the trial court with directions to correct the sentencing form to reflect its oral pronouncement that Jackson is entitled to credit for all time previously served as well as unexpired gain time and unforfeited gain time. Kirkland v. State, 633 So.2d 1138 (Fla. 2d DCA 1994).
