¶1We affirm the defendant’s convictions and sentences. However, we note a scrivener’s error in the final judgment in Case Number 96-5074 which indicates the defendant pled guilty to the charges. The defendant actually pled nolo contendere in that case. The judgment is corrected to so reflect.
