Hamilton v. State

¶1We affirm Hamilton’s judgment and sentences for reckless driving, driving under the influence, and fleeing to elude. However, we remand for the correction of Hamilton’s probation condition number 28 to reflect court costs and fines in the amount of $748, as orally pronounced at sentencing.
