¶1We affirm the appellant’s conviction and sentence but remand for the trial court to conform the written sentence to its oral pronouncement and findings that the appellant was sentenced as a violent habitual felony *562offender with a fifteen-year minimum mandatory sentence.
¶2Affirmed and remanded.
