¶1We affirm the trial court’s order denying appellant’s motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). This ruling is without prejudice to appellant filing a new motion, regarding his claim of improper scoring of one of his prior record offenses, pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
