¶1The trial court’s order dated May 5, 1995 summarily denying appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure is affirmed. This disposition is without prejudice to the appellant to seek 3.850 relief in the trial court upon the conclusion of his direct appeal in this court’s case number 96-0331.
