¶1CONFESSION OF ERROR
¶2Upon consideration of the record and the state’s appropriate concession to that effect, the order under review, which denied the appellant’s motion to correct jail time credit, is reversed and the cause is remanded with directions to allow the defendant an additional 239 days, for a total of 551 days, in credit for the time served in jail prior to sentencing.
