¶1concurring.
¶2The plaintiff sustained a very painful injury. She was in the hospital one and a half months and had two surgeries. Medicals of $50,990.79 were stipulated.
¶3The pain and suffering award of $30,000 is woefully inadequate. However, plaintiff did not appeal or answer the appeal.
