¶1 CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

¶2Adres Penave, defendant, appeals his conviction and sentence for direct criminal contempt. The State concedes that the trial court did not comply with the procedures set forth in Fla. R.Crim. 3.380 and discussed in Cook v. State, 636 So.2d 895 (Fla. 3d DCA 1994).

¶3We reverse the defendant’s conviction and sentence, and remand for a new hearing.

¶4Reversed and Remanded.
