¶1ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT
¶2In accordance with State v. Owen, 696 So.2d 715 (Fla.1997), we grant the state’s petition for writ of certiorari, quash the order denying the state’s request for relief from the law of the case, and remand for proceedings consistent with that opinion.
