Thomas v. State

¶1We affirm the trial court’s partial order which denied Willie Frank Thomas’s petition for writ of habeas corpus. Upon entry of a final order by the trial court on Thomas’s motion for postconviction relief, which Thomas filed in the alternative, Thomas shall have thirty days to seek review of that final order in this court.
