¶1In an action to recover damages for breach of a contract to sell shares of stock of a certain corporation, the appeal is from a judgment, entered after trial before the court without a jury, in favor of respondents. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present—Wenzel, Acting P. J., Murphy, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ.
