¶2It is the opinion of the court in this case, that the complainant had remedy at law. The bill alleges, that Mercer, one of the securities in the guardian bond, is solvent. The decree is reversed with costs, and the bill dismissed.
¶3DECREE REVERSED AND BILL DISMISSED.
