¶2The Court, without deciding upon the merits of the controversy, as such decision would be premature until the case was matured and came on for final hearing, is 0^ opinioU; that upon the motion to dissolve, the Court erred in dissolving the injunction. Order dissolving the injunction reversed, ivith costs to appellant. Injunction reinstated, and cause remanded in order that the same may be matured for hearing and a final decree.
