Moore v. Thornton

¶1dissented. He was of opinion that by the assignment of George B. Whiting, Mrs. Whiting’s interest in the slaves passed to Moore. And he was of opinion that Moore was improperly charged with the slave Mary, who died before the report of the commissioners was confirmed.
