“In the instant case the witness did not express any opinion concerning the positions of the deceased and defendant. He drew no conclusions at all, except in connection with the gun and its operation. As to this it is not questioned that he qualified as an expert, nor can there be any doubt that this was a proper subject for expert testimony.
