¶2I join in so much of the majority opinion as is necessary to explain our reversal of the trial court’s decree on grounds that the party appearing as petitioner below lacked legal capacity to seek the judicial relief in question. I express no opinion as to the merits, which we need not — and, therefore, should not — reach.
