¶1The decree presented for review in the petition for certiorari herein, so far as it .relates to the matters presented for our consideration, is a final decree. It is cpn-clusively apparent from the record that as to the points presented here the judicial labor of the lower court was concluded. Under such circumstances, we have no power of review except on appeal duly prosecuted.
