HAWKINS, Judge.

¶1Conviction is' for the possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale, punishment being assessed at one and a half years in the penitentiary.

¶2The indictment is in proper form. No statement of facts or bills of exception appear in the record. In such condition nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
