¶1Conviction is for assault with intent to murder with malice aforethought; punishment being assessed at seven years in the penitentiary.
¶2The indictment is in proper form. No. statement of facts or bills of exception appear in the record. In this condition nothing is presented for review.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
