¶1AFFIRMED without prejudice to appellant’s raising, through petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(j), the issue of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel for failure to raise the double jeopardy issue on direct appeal.
