¶1We reverse the order committing Q.E.L. to the Department of Juvenile Justice and the final judgment assessing a public defender lien. The circuit judge who conducted the disposition hearing failed to make the appropriate required findings. Because that judge is now retired, this matter must be returned to the trial court for a new disposition hearing.
