¶1We affirm appellant’s conviction and sentence. We remand to the trial court with directions to either strike the imposition of restitution, or to grant appellant an eviden-tiary hearing to determine ability to pay. See Filmare v. State, 656 So.2d 535 (Fla. 4th DCA 1995).
