¶1James Arthur Sanders appeals the trial court’s summary denial of his motion to correct an illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800. We affirm the trial court’s denial of relief without prejudice to file a new motion which complies with the requirements of Thomas v. State, 611 So.2d 600 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993).
