PER CURIAM.

¶1The state appeals an order granting the defendant’s motion to suppress pursuant to State v. Riley, 638 So.2d 507 (Fla.1994). The evidence at the suppression hearing established that the defendant was stopped after she had committed a traffic violation for which she was properly ticketed. Therefore, Rileyis inapplicable.

¶2We reverse the suppression order and remand for further proceedings.
