Decided 1997-10-24

CRAWLEY, Judge,

¶1concurring specially.

¶2I agree that the judgment must be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court; however, I do not agree with Judge Yates’s holding that the wife is entitled to an accounting. The wife did not file a cross-appeal to raise the issue of whether she is entitled to an accounting. This court should not address issues which were not raised on *503appeal. Hemlock, Inc. v.
