¶2Direct appeal from a jury conviction for assault, first degree, in violation of § 565.-050, RSMo 1978 1, armed criminal action, in violation of § 571.015, RSMo 1978, and burglary, first degree, in violation of § 569.-160, RSMo 1978.

¶3Judgment affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).

¶4. Section 565.050 was amended in 1983, subsequent to the events herein.
