Code Enforcement Board v. Bustamante

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1998-03-25

Decided 1998-03-25

PER CURIAM.

¶1Because the appellate division of the circuit court departed from the essential requirements of the law by reversing a decision on an appeal which was untimely, and as to which the appellant had waived not only the grounds of but the right to appeal in the first place, the decision under review is quashed with directions to dismiss the appeal.
