¶1In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiffs); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “E”, No. 380-769; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 97KW-2820.

¶2Granted. The ruling of the trial court is reversed. However, without going into the fact of arrest, the victim may be impeached by evidence that he possessed an AK-47 if the victim denies it under oath.
