¶1In accordance with Sheley v. Florida Parole Commission, 703 So.2d 1202 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997), we sua sponte treat this appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari. Finding that the trial court did not depart from the essential requirements of law, we deny the petition.
