¶1Because we agree with the trial court’s analysis and result, we affirm its invalidation of the attempted partial revocation of the will *206involved in this action. In re Estate of Shifflet, 170 So.2d 96 (Fla. 3d DCA 1965).

¶2AFFIRMED.
