Kolvinsky v. State

¶1Michael J. Kolvinsky appeals the sentence imposed after the trial court revoked his community control, arguing that the sentencing court committed fundamental error by utilizing a miscalculated sentencing guidelines scoresheet. We affirm without prejudice to Kolvinsky to file a motion to correct his sentence pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a).
