¶1Conviction is for possessing intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; punishment assessed being confinement in the penitentiary for one year.
¶2Appellant has filed his affidavit advising this court that he does not desire further to prosecute his appeal, and at his request the same is dismissed.
