¶1Appellant has appealed a partial summary judgment determining, liability in favor of a plaintiff. Fla. R.App. P. 9.130(a)(3)(c)(iv).
¶2Appellee has filed.a confession of error. Based upon this, we reverse the judgment and remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings.
¶3REVERSED and. REMANDED.
