Robinson v. State

¶1We affirm Kenneth L. Robinson’s appeal of the order granting, in part, his motion to correct illegal sentence. Upon remand, we direct the clerk of court to provide the Department of Corrections with the order which was appealed and the clerk’s certificate in this case which is dated May 18,1998.
