¶1Because the notice of appeal was not timely filed, we dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. This disposition is without prejudice, however, to appellant’s right to seek a belated appeal in accordance with the procedure set forth in Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(j).
