¶1The defendant’s convictions and sentences are affirmed. See State v. DiGuilio, 491 So.2d 1129 (Fla.1986). However, based on the State’s proper confession of error, this cause is remanded for the correction of the judgment to reflect that the defendant was convicted of criminal mischief in an amount of less than $200.00, a misdemeanor of the second degree.
¶2Affirmed; remanded for correction of the judgment.
