ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge,

¶1dissenting.

¶2I respectfully dissent. I believe that the trial court’s judgment of contempt is supported by the record and is not plainly and palpably wrong. Stack, supra. Because the trial court’s judgment of contempt is supported by the evidence, the trial court’s award of attorney fees against the mother is not an abuse of discretion. Shirley, supra. I would affirm the judgment of the trial court.

¶3CRAWLEY, J., concurs.
