¶2I concur on the authority of $1,113.77 U.S. Currency v. State, 606 So.2d 151 (Ala.Civ.App.1992), raised in this ease by the Attorney General in his argument that the denial of the forfeiture in this case requires the return of the seized money to the appellant. See also Adams v. State ex. rel. Whetstone, 598 So.2d 967 (Ala.Civ.App.1992).
