¶1Upon consideration of the joint stipulation of the parties, the order of the trial court is reversed and the cause is remanded with directions to enter an amended final order which denies the petition for writ of mandamus but which omits any finding that the petitioner had brought false information before the court.
¶2REVERSED AND REMANDED.
