¶1As the sentence on count six exceeds the legal maximum, the case is returned to the trial court for reduction of the sentence on that count to a term within the legal maximum. Appellant need not be present. The remainder of the sentencing order is affirmed.
¶2Affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded for correction of sentence.
