¶1In re Lain, Sarah G., M.D.; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “E”, No. 91-13525; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 98CW-0641.

¶2Granted in part. Case remanded to the trial court to fix the amount of the suspensive appeal bond and to give relator a reasonable period of time to post the bond. In all other respects, the application is denied.
