“Although no blood grouping test was performed on the specimen found on the carseat, a blood grouping test was performed on specimens taken from the victim’s jeans, underwear, and vaginal swabs. Those test results did not exclude defendant as a possible source of the semen; rather it identified a person of his blood type as being a possible source.
