Hubbird v. State

¶1Raymond C. Hubbird, appellant, appeals the revocation of his probation and the combined periods of incarceration and probation imposed thereon by the trial court. We affirm the trial court’s ruling without prejudice to appellant to seek post-conviction relief with regard to credit for time previously served on probation.
