“Even if unintentional, this colloquy creates the impression that unless Mr. Coston knew of an attorney available at that hour, he was not entitled to have one present for the interview. In the instant case, it is doubtful that the State met its burden. The defendant was asked if it was his wish to give the statement without an attorney present and if he understood that he did not have to give a statement.
