PER CURIAM.

¶1We originally accepted jurisdiction to review Thompson v. State, 708 So.2d 289 (Fla. 4th DCA 1998), pursuant to article V, section 3(b)(4), of the Florida Constitution. After further consideration, we have determined that jurisdiction was improvidently granted.

¶2Accordingly, this case is hereby dismissed.

¶3It is so ordered.
