¶1Adrian Cuesta appeals his convictions and sentences for possession of cocaine and carrying a concealed weapon, and the denial of his motion for a new trial. We affirm because the issues raised are either without merit or have not been preserved for review pursuant to the requirements of section 924.051(3), Florida Statutes (Supp.1996).
