¶1James Kennedy appeals from his judgment and sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to sell or deliver. We affirm because the issues he raises have no merit or he failed to preserve them in the trial court for appellate review. See § 924.051(3), Fla. Stat. (Supp.1996).
