¶1Ivan Martinez appeals the denial of his motion for postconviction relief made pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The trial court correctly denied appellant’s motion since the transcript of the plea colloquy conclusively refutes the appellant’s allegations. Accordingly, we affirm.
