¶1CONFESSION OF ERROR
¶2The State properly concedes that the trial court erred by not awarding the defendant credit for the time he served after his initial arrest and as a special condition of his probation. State v. Jones, 327 So.2d 18 (Fla.1976).
¶3We reverse the order of the trial judge refusing to award the defendant full credit for all time served in this case and remand for a new hearing to determine the proper credit for time served by the defendant herein.
¶4Reversed and remanded.
